Peter Zezel RIP
Back in the 80's, all the girls who rocked Flyers charm necklaces loved Peter Zezel. Besides having great hair and a small role in Youngblood, Zezel was a pretty good player. Back in the day I pretty much dismissed him outright as a pretty boy, but I was wrong: Zezel was a solid two way player who won plenty of face-offs.
Some highlights from Peter's career can be found in this fan video. Here Ron Dugay and Peter fight over who has the best hair in hockey. And Rich Hoffman reminisces about Peter Zezel and the late 80's Flyers.
